“Rick and Morty” will return in 2016 instead of 2017 with 14 episodes instead of 10. “Children Hospital” will end after its 7th season. “The Tick” is officially returning to TV. Amazon has picked up the pilot which is being written and executive produced by Ben Edlund. Lady Gaga is officially returning for the next season of “American Horror Story,” duh. Jimmy Kimmel has confirmed he will be hosting the 2016 Emmys. WGN America is developing the DC Comics title “Scalped” to series. The series will explore “power, loyalty, and spirituality” in a modern-day Native American reservation. Geena Davis has joined the cast of FOX’s “Exorcist” series. AMC has renewed “Into The Badlands” for a second season. Dos Equis has ended its long run of the “Most Interesting Man in the World” ad campaign. James Corden is attempting to turn his late night “Carpool Karaoke” segment into its own series. The ’80s “TMNT” cast will return in Sunday’s March 27the episode.
