We are now in the absolute middle of the spookiest month of the year and DJ Spook Nasty and MC Tummy Troubles have returned to dish all the TV NEWS HIGHLIGHTS of the week:
The season 6 premiere of The Walking Dead brought in 14.63 million viewers which is a dip from the previous season. Fear The Walking Dead had the highest rated first season of any show in cable history. The American Horror Story: Hotel premiere brought in 12.17 million viewers. Emilia Clarke, aka Khaleesi from Game of Thrones, has been named Sexiest Woman Alive by Esquire Magazine. Paul Reubens will play the Penguin’s father in an upcoming episode of Gotham which is the same role he played in 1992’s Batman Returns. Simpsons showrunner Al Jean says Sideshow Bob will finally kill Bart Simpson in the upcoming “Treehouse of Horror” episode set to air on October 25th. Jack goes apeshit over the rumor that Marvel may turn their “Moon Knight” comic into a new Netflix series. Another rumor finds FX developing “Y: The Last Man” into a TV series. AMC has renewed Halt and Catch Fire for a 10-episode third season. Denzel Washington will direct an upcoming episode of Grey’s Anatomy. Nick Offerman will guest star in an upcoming episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine as Captain Holt’s ex boyfriend. The first democratic debate, which aired on CNN, brought in 9.2 million viewers which is less than half the audience of the previous GOP debates. And finally, Donald Trump will host SNL on November 7th.
