It’s week number two of the spooOOOoooOOOoookiest month of the year which has found the return of DJ SpookNasty and MC Tummy Troubles! Sit down and pour yourselves a nice cocktail as here are the NEWS HIGHLIGHTS of the week:
The Fear The Walking Dead finale brought in 6.86 million viewers and according to the showrunners, the next season will pick up the pace and take place on both water and land. The new X-Files revival series will use the show’s original opening credits sequence. Fox has renewed Bob’s Burgers for two more seasons. ABC has a new Marvel series in development called Damage Control which will follow the cleanup crew that takes care of the messes superheroes leave behind. Constantine, Almost Human, Freddy’s Nightmares, V: The Miniseries, and Night Visions are all coming to the El Rey Network starting in November. Zack Snyder (Batman v Superman) is reportedly developing a Watchman TV series at HBO. James Wan (Furious 7, The Conjuring) is developing a MacGuyver reboot series for Fox. Apparently out of original ideas, the network is also working on a new Lethal Weapon TV series. ABC Family has rebranded and will now be called “ABC Freeform.” On October 26th, A&E are planning on airing a live TV event called Fear: Buried Alive, which will follow three people who will get buried in a coffin six feet under ground. Oh, and Eli Roth will also be there for some reason.

Billy on the Street hits truTV on Oct 8th, Undateable Live comes to NBC on Oct 9th, The Walking Dead returns for its 6th season on Sunday Oct 11, Fargo comes back to FX for season 2 on Monday Oct 12, and Manhattan returns to WGN America with new episodes on Tuesday Oct 13.
